Due to a lack of sufficient evidence, Taylor Frankie Paul will not be charged with either of the domestic violence cases that she has been involved in. ABC4 reported the news, citing that the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office issued a statement and press release on April 14 about the same.The report read, “Such incidents lack specificity as to when and what actually occurred or corroboration. Based on the evidence submitted for screening by the Draper Police Department and West Jordan Police Department, the Salt Lake County District Attorney’s Office declines to file any charges.”They further added, “We would be happy to revisit this matter if additional information is developed which supports the prosecution of the suspect.” According to the report, since the matter was of high sensitivity because of the people involved, a lot of attorneys were assigned to review the case.
