During his talk with GQ recently, Tom Holland revealed that the creators of his ‘Spider-Man’ film made some last minute changes to the film. He revealed that some new scenes have been shot and added to the final copy of the film, and that these scenes play a big role in the overall story.Talking about the same, he further added, “I can positively say that the stuff we’re doing, we don’t need. The movie works and sings as it is. We’re just adding the icing on the cake in certain areas. We’re finding some ways to add a little bit more humor. We’re layering in a villain plotline in a new way and some really fun stuff.”

The upcoming superhero film takes place 4 years after the events of ‘No Way Home.’ Peter Parker now works out of a shabby apartment, continues to save the city from evils here and there, and still keeps tabs on his friends from school as they transition into college life. When new things start to happen, and Parker’s body starts to change, he must confront everything before it’s too late. Last month, the official trailer for the film was released, and at the time of writing, it has already crossed 1 billion views. It created history by becoming one of the first trailers to reach this many views. The film has been directed by Destin Daniel Cretton, and is set to hit theatres on July 17 this year. Tom Holland will also next appear in the epic film, ‘The Oddyssey’ opposite Matt Damon.
